Patrick Stack began his career in show business as an actor and a Stand-Up Comedian. He has appeared in Rambo: First Blood, F/X, The Last Of The Finest, Jack Reed: Dressed to Kill, and Happy. He appeared in the television shows“Cheers”, “Dynasty”, “Greatest American Hero”, “Simon & Simon”, “Trapper John, MD.”, “Hunter”, “Golden Girls”, “It’s a Living” and had a recurring role on “Search for Tomorrow.” In addition to performing with the LA Based

improvisation troupe The Groundlings, Stack partnered with Nathan Lane for seven years and appeared around the country as the comedy team of “Stack & Lane.” They received top billing in Clubs such as The Copacabana, The Playboy Club Circuit and The Duplex in NYC. In addition to performing extensively in NY and LA, they toured as the opening act for Al Jareau, Air Supply, Michael Franks and The Letterman. They also appeared on talk shows such as Merv Griffin, Tom Snyder, Mike Douglas, and Norm Crosby.

In 2004, Stack produced and co-wrote the award winning HD short “Hiding In Walls,” starring Jane Lynch, Jim Rash and Danny Trejo. Stack produced his first feature length film in 2006 titled “Welcome to Paradise” starring Brian Dennehy & Crystal Bernard, and written & directed by Brent Huff. In October, 2009, Stack re- teamed with Brent Huff and produced the film noir thriller, “Cat City” which Huff wrote and directed. The film stars Rebecca Pidgeon, Julian Sands and Brian Dennehy and was an Official Selection for the Palm Springs International Film Festival as well as several others. . In 2014, he teamed with Huff again to produce the documentary “It’s A Rockabilly World” which is now completed. In addition to film production, Stack has written for Television, has produced 6 “Reader’s Theater” productions of “10×10” which NPR is considering as a weekly program and “All The Right Moves” is a self help workshop for artistic and creative types who don’t know they are in sales!
